Vaccine Verification We need to verify your vaccinations manually after you upload them.
Please allow 36-48 hours for your account to be fully approved before trying to book a groom.
Matting Fees Dogs that are extremely matted or require medication from the vet will incur an additional fee.

Late Pickup Policy
You will recieve a text when your dog is 15-20 minutes from ready to be picked up.
Pickups more than 1 hour after ready time will incur an $11/hour late pickup fee.
This helps us stay on schedule and provide safe care for every dog.
SHORT-HAIRED DOGS
For dogs with short, smooth coats that do not have a dense undercoat.
DOUBLE COATED DOGS
For dogs with thick undercoats such as Huskies, German Shepherds, Retrievers, and similar breeds.

Some dogs require extra services to ensure their comfort, safety, and coat health.
Dematting Fee
Requires extra time and resources for groomers. Your groomer will discuss the safest and most cruelty free option at drop off. Dematting fees start at $11 and is determined by the severity of the matting.
Flea & Tick Bath
Required if live fleas or ticks are present and will add on $26 to your groom

Puppy Grooming
For puppies under 5 months old who are new to professional grooming
Puppy grooms are designed to gently introduce your puppy to grooming in a calm, positive way. This service focuses on confidence, comfort, and learning good grooming manners - not perfection.

Why start early?
Puppies who begin grooming early and stay on a regular schedule often transition more easily into full grooms as they grow up.
Vaccine Reminder Puppies may begin grooming once they have starated their first round of vaccines.
Hand Stripping
For dogs with true wire coats whose breed standard or coat health benefits from hand stripping rather than clipping.

Cat grooming is highly individualized.
Some cats may not tolerate certain services, extended handling, or dematting in one session. Severely matted cats may require multiple sessions or modified services to ensure safety and comfort.

Sabrina has years of experience in with wildlife and exotic pets (birds, small animals, reptiles, etc.) both having worked for Wildlife Rehabilitation Centers. They also have experience with domestic animal grooming.

Cancellation Policy
To better serve all of our clients and respect our groomers’ time, we will be strictly enforcing our updated cancellation policy starting January 1st, 2026.
Please review the following fee structure for late cancellations:

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice
• Fee: 25% of the grooming cost or $30, whichever is greater -
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice
• Fee: 50% of the grooming cost or $50, whichever is greater -
Cancellations made less than 4 hours before your appointment
• Fee: 100% of the grooming cost or $75, whichever is less
We understand that emergencies happen, and we’ll always do our best to be understanding when appropriate. However, these policies help us minimize last-minute gaps in our schedule and ensure we can accommodate all clients fairly.

Important Update Starting January 1, 2026
Beginning January 1st, 2026, you may notice a slight increase in grooming prices. If you have any questions or would like to know how this may affect you, please don’t hesitate to ask your groomer—they’ll be happy to help.
In addition, there will be some small changes to our 15% Frequent Flyer Discount program. Please review the updated structure below:

15% Off – When you pre-book your dog every 6 weeks or less for the entire year.

10% Off – When you book your next appointment at the end of your current groom, but do not book out the full year.
-
5% Off – For any appointment booked within 6 weeks or less. (Please mention this to your groomer at the time of booking to receive the discount.)
