Safety & Care
ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENTS

All dogs must complete a temperament evaluation before being accepted. This can be done at a YAPPY HOUR playdate.

Dogs must be at least 12 weeks old and have completed initial vaccinations with proof that a vet visit has been made.

Dogs over 1 year of age must be spayed or neutered unless medically exempt with documentation or discussed previously with Keller’s K9s.
Health:
-
Dogs must be free from fleas, ticks, and contagious illnesses.

Sick dogs or those with diarrhea, vomiting, or coughing will not be admitted.

Dogs must have a collar with a buckle or quick release
Behavior & Conduct:
Aggressive behavior toward dogs or staff will not be tolerated.
Repeated incidents may result in suspension or expulsion.
Excessive barking, mounting, or destructive behavior may be addressed individually.
Reservations & Cancellations:

Reservations required; walk-ins are subject to space availability.

24-hour notice required for cancellations. No-shows will still be charged for the day.

The Process
PICK UP & DROP OFF:

Drop-off: 4:00 AM – 5:30 AM & 7am – 9am (early drop offs may be arranged at additional cost)

Pick-up: by 5:00 PM (Late fees will apply)

ID is required for any person other than the owner to pick up a dog (with prior notice).
MEALS & MEDICATION:
-
Feeding times: Provided upon request (bring pre-portioned meals).

Medications must be clearly labeled and instructions provided.
EMERGENCIES:
-
In the event of illness or injury, we will contact you immediately.
-
If urgent care is needed, we will transport your dog to the nearest veterinary clinic.
-
All vet bills are the owner's responsibility.
